Q: What's included?
A: Delivery, setup, pickup, and tax are included with every rental.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental.
Q: Do I need electricity?
A: Yes. A power outlet must be available within 50-100 feet of the setup location.
Q: Do I need to provide a hose?
A: Yes. Water slide rentals require the customer to provide a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area.
Q: Can I rent overnight?
A: Yes. Overnight and multi-day rentals are available.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We'll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
Setup Requirements
- Setup area must be flat and level
- Have 5 feet of clearance on all sides
- Be 15-20 feet away from buildings and structures
- Be clear of windows, fences, gutters, and roof overhangs
- Have no tree branches overhead
- Have no power lines overhead
Deposit Policy
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
- Deposit cannot be paid in cash.
- Full payment must be received before setup begins.
Weather Policy
Bouncing Buddies reserves the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe weather conditions including: rain, high winds, mud, temperatures below 50°F, or other unsafe conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Weather Cancellations
Customers may reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible and Bouncing Buddies cancels due to weather, a full refund will be issued.
